    Love the video, might get one myself in the future. I’m going through a WA-12 (had a good deal on it). But in my opinion it sounds awesome, but sometimes a little harsh and maybe aggressive. Stil figuring it out. Looking for something to add some warmth.
    First step is a new mic tho

      That’s awesome man. I hear nothing but good things about the WA-12. A good pre is always a good idea. I got the TB12 and I love it

    It's a shame we didn't get a sound demo! It seems like a really good diode bridge compressor! Also, about the sidechain HPF: it's NOT that the audio below the HPF doesn't get compressed, it's only removed from the compressor's detector circuit so that it doesn't react too much to lower frequencies. But everything gets compressed, including the lower frequencies, from 20 Hz to 20000 Hz. It's not like a band-selective or multiband compressor.
