As the season comes to an unfortunate close, we will give a glimpse at our current motorcycle camping setup and what we plan to cover and explore in the future riding seasons. Saddlebags are handy for the bike cover and other stuff randomly strapped here and there. They just make organizing and packing so much easier.

I agree. Plus, saddlebags will help you keep the weight down low where you want it on a motorcycle. Helps keep the bike more stable and a lot more maneuverable while you are hauling all of that gear.

Just found this. Like your sissy bar set up. I got almost same set up and like it so far. I could go all out with a road king or glide and panniers but I have my Slim and will make use as is. I’ve had a few bikes with saddlebags, panniers and they work well! Just going try this set up for a bit.

ROK straps are awesome. Way more secure and easy to pack. Enjoy the ride.

ROK straps wont 'takeout your eye' if you slip when using them . . . . that's why I use them.

The Hd one piece rigid mount. We reused the reflectors on this one to hide the holes in the sissy bar side plates.
