why did jay get banned by the sym community? is there a video about this?
From what I can tell, someone implied that Jay told Sym players to KYS, chaos ensued when he went into say that was a lie and then proceeded to get a bit toxic, community got angry and it ended in a ban. Honestly, I dont know the whole story/video that caused the initial post, but I doubt Jay went as far as say, Flats who literally said Brig players have mental disorders.
I dont know why someone playing a character has to result in personal attacks, game isn't that deep. I hate some characters too, but I dont think people who play them should be insulted for enjoying them. But I also get WHY it happens. Some characters just ruin games by existing.

@@lexibexialexblex5913 Probably because the stereotypical overwatch player who’d do that to a character is a straight man, so those 3 are the 3 most common options.
Although it can be seen a good thing. That way if you do it to an overwatch character but it isn’t one of the common ones and you’re instead more unique you only get 1 instead of 2.
Or maybe because if they kept going they wouldn’t know when to stop. Someone could ask ‘why not cass?’ But then if they do add Cass someone could ask ‘why not hanzo?’ And if hanzo was added someone could ask ‘why not lifeweaver?’ And then it could just keep going until the entire question is moot. The point of the question is to ask whether you’re a basic gooner or if you’ve got some originality- so if they added more characters it’d probably take away from that aspect of the question.
