When they had to trick him into losing his soul to bring out Angelus, they created a dream sequence in which he got everything that he had ever wanted: acceptance from Connor, an apology from Wesley, unfracturing the gang, being the hero that saved the day, consummating his love for Cordy. It needed to be actually perfect in order to break the curse.

I feel like these parts were the best because they actually show his personality. Like, beyond him just acting broody all the time and hating his life.

I’ve only just started getting into the Buffyverse, and I’m only on season 2 of btvs…but based on this comp I’m starting to think that Angel only broods to look cool
David Boreanaz's character is named Angel and it's from the show Angel which is the spinoff of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I have watched Bones and I did enjoy his character on there too
