India is the Incoming Council Chair of the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI).
GPAI is an international and multi-stakeholder initiative that aims to advance the responsible and human-centric development and use of artificial intelligence. India was one of the founding members of GPAI in 2020. With 29 member countries, GPAI aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice on Responsible AI.
