Weekend Away from Melbourne: Wilsons Promontory & Phillip Island | Day Trips

Both day trips take about 2 hours from the city to get to by car and both have spectacular things to offer
For Phillip Island I got a mixed ticket that included the following for about $50 AUD:

Wilson's Prom had so many hikes available that were just not all doable in a day, so for you campers I'm sure you'll have a good time but being there from 8 am- 8pm I got to see plenty!
The particular loop I did was about 3 hours total with some minor breaks, a bit tiring but worth it for the views.
-saw emus, walabis, and wombats sooo I just need to see kangaroos at this point

That's so good that you went out with friends. I'll be 60 in November 👵🏼 and I remember I went to Wilson's Prom with my friend and her parents. We did so many of the hiking trails. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I hated it hehe. Great vid with the scenery and wildlife. Well done. 😊
