One note about returning items to stores: please be conscentious and not abuse doing this, it actually hurts company’s bottom-line and hurts commission sales associate, it takes their time away from making genuine sales.

You can email kamrinwhiteshop@gmail.com but it sounds like you just purchased generic ground shipping which is the estimate the shipping carrier gives but is taking longer because we are currently living through a pandemic. However definitely reach out to customer service and someone can look into your order 💜

So is it normal for them to contact you thru DM (I'm assuming yes especially with a smaller following) and also is it normal for them to offer you a discount to work with them? My following is small but I've gotten quite a few dm's amd I just think everything is a scam lol. Also they have someone else reach and then give me the handle to their main page....
