Another strat that is a little bit cheaper: Use strider cam up, dark speaker, dj woman, uttv and hyper (you can also use clockwoman and speaker toilet but it will be more expensive) Upgrades: speakerwoman fully maxed, dark speakerman maxed on cost. You dont need upgrades on the other ones First place a 3 star speakerwoman, then a 3 star dark. Quickly place another dark and upgrade it as quick as possible so the prison toilet doesnt escape. After that place all 5 darks and upgrade them. Max the dj and dark speakerman. Place a cam spider either next to dark or looking at the portal, make sure the dj woman boost him. Upgrade him to max and place the other spider and max it. Wait to get enough money for uttv. When you get enough money place the uttv and also place hyper in the middle of the map and max it. put the 2 striders in the middle of the map too. (Also put speaker toilet if your using him) Your gonna be chill for a while. But when president 2 appears control the uttv and wait until he dies. (You can also macro but you are gonna need a lot of money for the last wave) When its wave 20 you need to focus on president 2 but when president 3 appears go focus on him. You are gonna need to macro a lot (also remember to be careful of the biden blast since it can also stun uttv). When both presidents are dead go for joe biden and macro your uttv (you need to do it as fast as possible) when he is dead just kill the couple of toilets that spawned

Place a dj, clockwoman and boost a ultimate speaker (it can be lvl 3) then the eagle gets shredded to pieces
