Sad that serenity cannot get that kind of sustain.
What do you consider as good for the GS after trenchant recovery. Plagued strikes with all the healing meta?

Serenity has the potential for sustain! Serenity + Blood Drinker = basically u swap Tr Strikes, for a "Trenchant Recovery"!
Hmmm I am divided between plagued strikes / Lifestealing. Gotta try it and see my results!

That is correct! At the time of video I had only 3 pieces with Shirking Heals. With 5, I should heal around 9k. Totally broken.
