I first saw The Hinsons in 1975. They were my favorite since that time..I sure do miss Kenny. He left us too soon, but God must have needed him in that Heavenly choir I miss you Kenny. Gwen Weaver
I believe Ronny, Kenny and Larry could sing any postion in the group. Lead, bass, baritone, etc. The configuration they finally ended up with was the best one for the group. They had tried others, but this one seemed to work the best for their style. They are all truly gifted individuals. They chose to sing for the Lord. Sometimes their singing just makes me cry, they are just that good.
I like the words of the Introduction of this song..little did Kenny know that he will one day "missing" from this earth...halelluyah...yes in fact lets all meet again in heaven...see u soon Kenny..!!
No disrespect, but Christina Hawkins was not part of the "original" Hinsons. BUT NO female singer could have EVER embellished a choral group like her. I would rate her as THE very best EVER! However, I am saddened; that with time and modern desecration of music; she has too fallen prey to the satan-led, Godless, liberal producer madness. May Jesus have mercy on all who desecrate all that is good; when He rights ALL wrongs.

What a wonderful song by the Hinsons. I could not tell you the number of times I've listened to this song of hope.
Southern Gospel at its BEST!

I think the Hinsons could sing the grocery list and it would give me glory bumps and Holy Ghost chill bumps
LOL-I think you're right. Can't wait til we get to Heaven. :)
Kenny sure was a handsome young man and was more handsome as time went on. I just had to say this. I mean it very respectfully.
this is great
Haleluyah
is it just me or does Ronny look more like a singer today than he did then?
