Dec 25 & 26 are holidays but many people take their yearly vacation (30 working days) during Christmas time.

I don't agree. I cannot imagine working in a country struggling to speak a language and not able to integrate with the locals and their culture. We will not feel included. You will be always treated a second class citizen in that country. You will only have to live among indian community but never able to integrate with locals. I live in the UK and I for a second don't have any difficulty freely talking and integrating with local British people, just because English comes naturally for us. Never. In fact, i hold a prayer meeting in my home every month, where about 20 to 25 local British and Scottish white people come and participate. We have integrated so well in this UK culture and also become a British citizen. Also, these EU countries including Germany are opening their country only for sometime to fill their workforce vacancies. Once they are filled, they will kick out all foreigners. I don't want to live in a shit hole racist country struggling to speak the language freely. Besides, in smaller towns in Germany there is so much racism. Just because you have not worked in US, UK or Australia, you cannot simply say Germany has the best work culture.

Hello, I can speak only about my experience here. I have never said the work culture is better than US, UK and Australia. I said the work culture is better than what I have seen in India. There’s racism everywhere. I have also heard that there’s racism in the UK from the people who have been living there for long. It’s just a matter of opinion.
Language, you don’t want to speak or learn another language so you stay in a country where you speak what you know. Again, it’s just your opinion. There are many Indians who speak good German than the native Germans here. They had the interest to learn, speak and live here.
I’m not saying what you have written is completely wrong but it would be good if you really try to understand what the content really is and then you can write your opinion. No use of just throwing your negative thoughts here!
