mind explaining it to me like I'm 5?
i'm assuming that
seiota=seiyuu otaku
koebuta= koe(voice) buta(pig/disgusting in a creepy way)

In summary, seiotas are people who like seiyuus because of their voice acting while koebutas are people who like seiyuus because of other things (idol stuff) not limited to voice acting, but koebuta is not necessarily a derogatory term anymore I think
