- Can you solve a Pokemon Quiz if all the answers are dumb? We challenged @shepskydad and @chris-piche to a chaotic jeopardy style pokemon quiz with wrong answers only, where your answers determine which wheel you spin to build your Pokemon team. And after the quiz, we battle!

Removing the pokeballs rather than crossing them out works really well for readability! It also looks much cleaner. A small, but not insignificant change 😄
Thanks! Usually we couldnt remove them because the quiz was in full screen presentation mode, this way was a little harder to maneuver between slides but being able to delete pokeballs was worth it

This was a great improvement on the formula. Having them start with a team has the dual impact of having them at roughly equal ground (no one stuck with one pokemon) while also making things hurt more (people tend to be loss adverse).

@@DeliciousJames It might be nice to also have the bigger rewards for the different tiers, though I can understand why that would be difficult to implement.

I think that the starting pokemon should have been digglet, alolan digglet and wigglet, so you have a reason to actually like, change pokemon on the happy wheel
True.. Giving them good starters made upgrading them pointless
Well the happy wheel were more meant to counteract the punishment wheel which they naturally spun much more. But yeah it didn't have much of an effect this time since many buffs didn't affect the starters. Removing those buffs or having a secondary effect might be better
In the test run I did for the wheels, there were SIGNIFICANTLY more Pokemon changes on the punishment wheel than in this video, so I expected the happy wheel pokemon to counteract that... I was a fool!

I feel like in theory the happy wheel was a good idea but in practice it's not great. I feel like the Happy wheel as is would be better if the players didn't start with 4 really strong Pokemon. Like if everyone started with 4 different mediocre Pokemon it would have been more effective.

If you only have 1 pokemon it defaults to slot 1. Thus rayquaza was in slot 1. It was affected by punishments that affect slot 2. That means there was a rayquaza in slot 2 as well. Thus that team had 2 rayquazas

Yeah, the riddles that are just completely unrelated now really are just room for jokes, i hope you can improve that in the future. Another thing i noticed is that with a wheel that stays the same you always want to do the easy ones first cause there is a lower risk. Maybe dont do the wheels or prep multiple for each category so it is more of a "high risk high reward" type.
