Can you guess what I'm going to say, yes I lived in Ludlow for 30 years (until I moved down south where I am now). The video brought back so many memories, I was looking to see if I recognised anyone on the street as you walked past 😄
Haha! No way, that's awesome! The area looks so lovely, I wanted to walk for days. I'd love to go back and see more nearby. You'll have to tell me what to put on my itinerary when I do!
Oh fun, I love the bride being photographed in Ludlow castle! Reminds me of our recent trip to Maui. We kept seeing people getting married on the beach...
looks very classic with the china pattern and silver bowls. a delightful place away from the crowds. wonderful countryside. Thanks for taking me along. Like 12 and thanks for sharing
What a gorgeous wee place. That tea was beautifully presented. We don't all drink our tea like that but nice when it happens lol. That cake looked a bit of alright 👍 The castle had some lovely views. You can imagine what it would have been like for a guard or soldier to be keeping a lookout for any enemy attack. Another amazing place you visited. Thanks for sharing as always Take care 👍😃👍🥾🥾🥃🥃🏴
I've never been, but it's on my list after seeing your video. The castle looks awesome! Splendid video, thanks for sharing, and have a most excellent weekend cheers from barnyz
Haven't been there for years, but I remember the whole area around the Hereford/Shropshire/Wales Border (Long Mynd, Bishop's Castle, Cleobury etc) having an evocative and almost mystical beauty. Especially in late summer/autumn.
That’s a great way to put it! I certainly got a glimpse of that mystical beauty on my day trips to Abergavenny and Ludlow. I’ll make note of the specific places you mentioned as I want to go back and explore the area more. 😁
It was a great cake. I love courgette cake (zucchini bread is a lifelong favorite from my family) but don’t see it much! I hope I get to have it again next time.
Looks like you had a great time in Ludlow. I've been to Ludlow a few times and it's such a beautiful place to visit and see. The Avocado & Courgette Cake looks and sounds delicious as did the Cheese Scone
👍Thank you for a great tour my friend 🕊🕊

We visited Ludlow and bought vintage prints there! The prospects we have of Birmingham from the 1700's that hang on our living room wall in Texas.
You couldn't afford a bridge??!! There's an old 1 in Ludlow! 😜😆

Thanks Scott! Definitely a gorgeous wee place. And the tea was I think posh for my scruffy self, but they served me anyway 😂

Avocado and courgette cake... that's a first. Interesting combo! We need to visit Ludlow again. It's been a few years.

Not up to the culinary creation standards of Mrs Cropley from Dibley though! 😁

It really is a beautiful place! I had a great time there.
We have a Ludlow rd about a mile from us, never even given it a thought that there was a place called Ludlow, I'm so well travelled 🙄
Haha well it’s good you follow Dara and me so you can get lots of good ideas for holidays around the UK 😄
@@britainonabudget ain't that the truth ❤
That looks like Old Country Rose. Is it?
It is!
