150g Bihon
1/2 kilo shredded chicken / pork
1 large onion diced
5 cloves minced garlic
2 cups water
2 cups chicken stock
5 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 large bell pepper
2 pcs. carrots
3 tbsps oil
salt and pepper to taste
