This egg turner is great for incubator to convert it into automatic incubator so we don't need to touch the eggs because this egg turner does all the work automatic ,when making this egg turner be sure to take dimensions very precisely because this egg turner won't work properly if the inner part get friction from the outer part , egg turner make the incubation very easy as all the difficult work is done by this egg turner by itself , all the professional automatic incubator have this egg turner so the inner matter doesn't stuck inside the egg but if putting in this egg turner it doesn't let this happen and we get healthy chicks from the eggs , this egg turner is one of the many other egg turner designs which I have make in my other videos as well like tilting egg turner or rolling egg turner but this one work as push and pull method just like a chicken would do while incubating eggs so this egg turner gives better results also if you want to see my other egg turner videos you can search them on my channel and incubators as well where I have make very easy to use and well explained tutorials on how to make incubator and the related things with poultry and farming ,so if you like this egg turner please like and subscribe to my channel and if you have any question you can ask me in the comments

salam i made tray 21 inch and making the tray which will move inside tell me the size of inside tray according to 21 outside tray difference should be 3.5 inch or 4 inch please tell me

How many times eggs needs to be rotated during the day manually? And what about the Night hours...?
Prince Baba I am doing these days for the 1st time. What I got know from person doing this is that Best is to rotate 3times per 24 hours, if not then 2 times in 24 hours

This is gear motor can find in used printer shops
Another option is a microwave turn table motor. They are only about $10 on Amazon, and they're offered from 6rpm all the way down to 0.8 rpm.
If you add a potentiometer to the power cord, I'm sure you could get even slower.

Don't you think you need to include a timer function?
The eggs need to turned four times a day - not being constantly rolling.
It needs to to be rotated by digital timer which will turn 1 minute after every 2 hours

How will you make sure that they are not just ending på in the same position af rolling a minute?
What you need is electronic logic sensoring the position of the egg every 2 hours and turning it EXACTLY 180 degrees.
@@henrikhansen1023 I have used 999 timer so it will turn only 10 second after every 2 hour which is enough for this tray
