Here's an awesome track! Bal Sagoth's legendary Atlantis Ascendant. This band changed my metal life forever. I remember hearing them at a rehearsal once (I think it was the album Battle Magic). From that day Bal Sagoth have remained in my top 3 fave bands of all time. Love the drumming ;p. This was actually quite a difficult track to nail despite being a little slower than usual. As you can hear there's plenty going on. Cheers for sticking with me thus far.

Very nice drum cover! Bal Sagoth is a pretty unique band in their style from what I've heard, they don't really sound like anyone else really.

Bal-Sagoth has flown under my radar but I'm pretty sure it was this video that caused me to check them out and I've listened to all of their full lengths since then. Cheers for that, and great cover!

I don't know the work and discography of Bal Sagoth... stylistically it's probably a kind of music as gothic rock or am I wrong? Maybe... but I prefer solid guitar's riffs with heavy drums without keyboards and growling voice... Anyway you played this song very nicely... Best Regards Martin

Hey, do you know if the original drummer had the same set up as you have here in regard of number of cymbals, hit hats, crashes, rides etc? Bc thats more "metal" than I would've thought...😅
