Kindly note that after checking all concerned dampers/actuators in the factory we conclude that all dampers/actuators are functioning and operating with both AC and DC power supply properly without any issues, see attached video for the actuator opening and closing for ten times with DC power supply without delay for your kind reference and also see attached table for the delivered dampers being checked several times operating without stopping/delay with DC power supply. However, with the followed checking procedure from your side of opening and closing the actuator for several times in a row may cause a minor delay (90 seconds) for the actuator to start operating again, and this procedure is against the main functionality concept of the actuator which is supposed to close only when the actuator receive a fire signal from fire system.
