- Today we are enjoying a date lunch at Jaleo in Disney Springs. Serving Spanish favorites tapas-style, Jaleo is a restaurant that we have been to before, but it's been a while. Honestly, we weren't blown away the first time we went with the kids, but what we experienced might surprise you...it sure surprised us... Enjoy!

Just getting to this review and can't agree more! We LOVE Jaleo! I agree it is not an ideal "family friendly" restaurant for all the reasons you both stated. As far as the service goes, we found that trusting in your servers recommendations 100% and you virtually can't go wrong. Can't wait to go back!

The first time I went to Jaleo in May 2022, I said to my family, if I lived here in Orlando I would come here every week! It is excellent! We went back this past January, for the first dinner of our trip and it was wonderful yet again. So many options, you can eat as much or as little as you want. Service impeccable both times...so glad you enjoyed it too! The next time I go, I will be right there with you on Wine Wednesdays! Thanks for another great dining review!

I agree with your score! I've had the chef's tasting menu, and most of the tapas dishes you tried. You've got to try the croquettes! It's one of the best restaurants in the Orlando area, and I go there every visit.
I was waiting for your score but we just had the best time here in February. It was truly the best dining experience we had in Disney.

we loved Jaleo. the stuffed pepper and octopus were great. But....the chicken croquettes.....chefs kiss! Those croquettes.....you gotta try them. Served on a faux pillow...unreal.Awesome place for date night.

I am drooling! We aren’t going there this trip, feels to challenging with a 4 year old, but I insisted that my sister and her husband go on their trip (they are getting a date night to see Cirque). I expect them to give me a full and honest report as they have been to Spain and love Spanish tapas!

Hi Dan & Leslie! I have to say I’m not a huge margarita fan however after watching this video I really want to try that margarita…salt foam what a great idea 💚 my countdown to Florida is on can’t wait!

Agree that it’s great, especially for adults or non-picky eaters. Yummy but best for a special meal (not cheap, lol).

Might you not be full because you didn't actually eat a lot of food? Tapas is a terrific way to spend tons of money and get just a little food...
