As much as I love the Skeleton Curse in Sea of Thieves it could really benefit from additional cosmetic options. Especially with the upcoming SEASON 13!!

These concepts were designed in Affinity Photo 2, with the use of a Sea of Thieves screenshot and some basic color grading.

i think the skelly curse was really slept on for a while, but now it feels like rare is giving it some love with the new stuff coming in season 13, also the design for the stronghold bones looks amazing in my opinion

Okay, hear me out, Jade Dragon set of bones.
Or cosmetics based on other emissary clothing, just withered, torn, and decayed.
The idea of a ripped up order of souls skeleton wearing a blindfold with glowing spots under it is so cool.
Or a skeleton with gold growing on the bones whilst having a bag of blue coins on the back.
Or even a fully dressed up merchant skeleton with clean pristine bones and things like monocles, cuffs, and such.
Another idea is a skeleton covered in locks and chains.
I like the idea of there being curses for each of the mermaid gem variants (ruby, sapphire and emerald). If they were added to the game, it would be a good way of getting decent cosmetics for new players :)
If only rare had some competition for creators to design their own cosmetics and have them implemented into the game then cool stuff like this would get to the game.

@@SkeletonBroSOT would mean so many more earnable cosmetics as well. Considering they seem to be struggling to balance emporium and outpost cosmetics

Some ideas I had are:
Ancient Bones (Ancient Skeleton)
King's Bones (Wrathful King Skull)
Devil's Bones (Based on the Lava Crystals in the Devil's Roar)
Hope you make more skelly cosmetics at some point, these videos you do are really cool, wish rare would gives us more skelly cosmetics in addition to the new season 13 ones.

frankly I'm amazed that it's not already a thing that the different loot skulls were options as head cosmetics. Like even if they were locked behind the commendations where you have to sell them by the hundreds

I'd like to see a Skeleton outfit with the Famous Pirate set from Season 12
You did a recolor for the stronghold skull, you could do one for the skeleton captain's skull too (maybe barnacled bones)
I love the cosmetics they look badass
