The beginning battle seemed it would be a “What-If Battle”, I feel like they needed to improve his combos too, the damage was really insane. I am glad they buffed my favorite Dragon Ball villain.
@@robertwesley7332 really a shame we didn't get Roshi in Xenoverse 2, he literally was the MVP for me in ToP I hope we will get to play as him in Xenoverse 3, otherwise it would be a waste to bring back this character to only one game that is not quite as good as Xenoverse.

He doesn't have enough Stamina to be aggressive and he doesn't have enough health to keep up, slow as shit recovery, and a 3 bar evasive. yikes. Good supers, SS, and any knockback in his combo strings can land Full Power Energy Wave for a whole health bar but thats it you have to be a defensive pussy to fight people who know what they're doing. Needs Custom Mentor.

Don't him and Android 13 suffer a lot from poor internet connections, like 3 bar and lower? If I recall, their combos drop a lot online because they teleport and have little movement stutters before they actually land their hit for the sake of the hits feeling a lot heavier than other character's. Personally I love how both 13 and Baby play, they're two of my favorite characters to play, 13 moreso. Just wish 13 had a key you could get from raids, that would just be amazing..

You can perfect block Ki blasts but it is very difficult to pull of because most of the time it just deflects them
You can perfect block baby's ki blast back hits even the charged one but if you fuck up the perfect block on the charged hit you could be in trouble
