I can't stop thinking about how those guys of "control" are probably living it up, while the MTF is dealing with one of the worst containment breaches ever.
A lot of these should've been added and happened. Them attempting to contain 096 and 106 makes this world more organic. Even if they couldn't, they should've at least tried
I think these are in game, as they’re multiple voicelines that sound like they’re recorded by other VAs. It’s possible these were placeholders or were used for a 4th unit (which was cut probably for balancing reasons, and was instead lowered to a group of 3). I mean, there’s even a voiceline you can hear over the radio (iirc), where supposedly a NTF unit got snatched by 106.
Fun fact: MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox") usually enters sites in 3 groups of 3, meaning in SCP: Containment Breach, we theoretically would see 9 soldiers, but because they all look the same, the game kinda manipulates us into thinking we see different ones each encounter.
From what i know, 3 people are inside while the other 6 are guarding the gates. That's because they are 9 tailed fox, because 9 operatives. Althrough it can actually be fake because in SCP CB in gate A ending we see more than three soldiers.

It’d be nice if they added more things MTF NTF could do such as containing other SCPs and having better ai to track the player. More lines like this would also be cool. Seems unlikely though since most of the dev’s resources and time has been moved to barotrauma. To be fair, baro is a cool game.
It’s interesting that they specify D-9341 when encountering the player, but all other d-class are just random d-class for them. I wonder if they were going to put more story behind the player character in later versions.
SPOILERS. D-9341 was supposedly a former researcher who (iirc) went mad after figuring out what the “spiral gestalt” was. This spiral gestalt also gave him the ability to save and load a point in the timeline, which is the canonical explanation for said feature, and also why he was quickly demoted to d-class after the incident

Maybe the panic of the event sort of “awakened” the power the spiral gave him, and that’s why he’s able to save and load?That’s my best guess anyway.
Imagine a sequel to this game where you could play as D-9341 after any of the endings. Wouldn’t it be cool to see what happens to 9341 after he’s captured at gate A, or when the Chaos Insurgency rescue him. And on the topic of endings wouldn’t it be cool to have a game that occurs right after 682 breaks out at gate B? If anything it’d be cool to at least get a sequel to SCP:CB.
Idk why but these feel more like actual communications, they're stuttering, yelling, confused. Which probably would be how someone would realistically talk during a potential end-of-the-world breach.
Well Class-D are considered "disposable" and most CD is composed of death row inmates or personnel who have been revoked to D-Class along with a memory wipe Regardless of what they did, Class-D are to be killed if they are HIGH PRIORITY
From their POV the site is still infested with scps wandering around and some of them have the ability to possess people so when they hear something about a stray d class that hasn’t been killed yet, the last thing they want is to have that d class be possessed or someone who knows too much about them.
The thing is that class D are criminals, even tho they dont remember anything, they would think that the class D didnt contain 106 for the greater good, only because its beneficial to him
I really hope they add these sounds into the game. The fact that they were able to contain 096 106 and others I forgot make them more realistic, I know why they would probably remove it because then there would be nothing for the player to worry about once most of the SCP’s are contained but this would still be a great feature.

Yeah, its sad as hell. Imagine waking up in this horrifying facility with no memory of who you are. The guards treat you like an animal, and the scientists pretend you are air. Then all hell breaks loose, you hide in a closet, hear all these terrible creatures outside killing everyone in their path. Surviving all this only to be shot by the people you thought were coming to save you is insanely sad

I know this is very old but I’d like to say that the testing chamber is most likely a place where D-class were brought in to test SCP objects that are in light containment zone. For the 5A inlet it’s most likely the floor above the one we play on in-game as we only see it once in the intro as a d-class walks on it and then we see the same floor without anything inside on a few rooms such as the one with 173 killing two foundation personnel.
Keeping a place full of monsters, killing D-Class, saving the ones left alive, recontaining SCPs and all that probably all day, welcome to the day to day of the Nine Tailed Fox

When they call D-9341 "test subject" it makes me think that the containment breach was staged to see how the player performs in that specific situation, like the whole thing is under close surveillance and being orchestrated. Also explains why in some of the endings they narration suggests giving him an SCP classification. They run tests on SCPs all the time, so this seems to be no different. Just a controlled situation on a particular item of interest

In the incident report on 096, Dr. Daniel's sabotaged the project to get an entire MTF unit killed by 096 to prove that 096 was too dangerous to be kept alive. In reality, SCRAMBLE gear is effective in preventing the reaction of 096 being triggered.

They are working on the biggest update of AB:2, If someone suggested it in the anomaly breach discord, they would likely be added. I have a feeling some of these voicelines are edited and put into that game..
