It was a difficult time, and I wasn't familiar with the lyrics, but God completely rearranged my perspective with the truth of the refrain's second part, "Since Christ is Lord of heav’n and earth, how can I keep from singing?" What encouragement and hope! Christ is Lord, and we will keep singing.
We just sang this last Sunday at our Episcopal church using Criag Courtney's arrangement. What an absolutely beautiful song. I immensely enjoyed this arrangement I just listened to here also. Gave me goosebumps all over.....again. When you think of the might love our God has for all of us.............we just can't stop singing, ever! Thank you.
