Well, "snowbirds" don't think so as they migrate to Palm Beach, Palm Springs, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and other places to soak up the sun while their neighbors shovel snow and try to keep their houses warm.
Kinda weird for people like me who live RIGHT IN the snow belt XD
@deliriousdemons9157 I sympathize. I was born and raised in PA--and absolutely HATED winter once I hit my teens. I left and have lived in sunny SoCal where I see snow on Big Bear and don't have to shovel any of it.
SoCal is in the 70 degrees, so not too odd .
The orange criss-cross Advent calendar dress totally reminds me of something Cher would’ve worn in the 1970s. It’s wonderful! I hope we see it again in an upcoming video.

@@MyFroggyStuff I actually like the high-low asymmetrical hem, and I have seen that a lot in real clothing catalogs this year. And Barbie--excuse me, I mean Phoebe--can pull off that look.
I love the beach christmas idea it makes sense since she is from Malibu. As someone who also lives in the state year round, this is cute. But it sucks you get similar items and stuff that are available in regular sold packs. I wish it was more though and care I'd be will to buy it. But I guess for $10 it's ok.
The red snowflakes on the face of the Cutie Reveal doll makes me think she looks like she has scratches or cuts. Maybe that polar bear plushie is more sinister than it looks! ;P

I love that orange dress, I don’t think it needs to be hemmed I think it just clashes with that Barbie’s skin tone. Put it on a dark skinned Barbie and it will be perrrrrrrfect! 🧡✨

9:06 the good thing about the scarf is that it might be thin but it’s not chunky and bulky on the doll so you can make it look realistic

This was a walking in the Winter wardrobe land, with plenty of options.
Could do a craft and turn that snow flake comb into a head board for a bed. And put a cute long sleeve top under the fuzzy top would be cute too.
I like the articulation on the Cutie Reveal advent Barbie. If they're unwilling to do a removable swimsuit they should do lighter colors so they disappear under thinner fabrics. They could have done this one in baby pink, still done the snowflakes and it would have fit in with the whole theme just fine. Your Etsy finds are very cool.

I feel the summer advent calendar is finally a recognition that not everywhere snows in winter. American media seems to forget about the southern half of the country when Christmas comes around. Although it’s still too cold for pools unless your these Barbies.
