    Thank You., but @2:02 in the video you are holding right palm out and left palm in facing your chest, while the picture above you and to your left shows the exact opposite. Are they both correct? It's a little confusing because you don't explain it in the video.

      Yes, you are right, you can do it both ways , keep on switching , time ti time to stimulate the both sides of the brain

      U mean palm facing down ward

      Yes. I can only do it with my left palm facing down and right palm facing up.

      No that way it becomes incorrect, nd its effectiveness will be reduced. Plus it will be uncomfortable to hold this mudra for long time as u explained

    I am trying to understand this exactly and I’m finding it not clear. I am blind and unable to see your demonstration but by the description, I am thinking that the palms are facing each other but away from each other with the fingers curled in and interlocking hand to hand and the thumbs touching at the tips. Does that sound correct or could someone describe it better for me? Namaste

      Sorry, next time onwards I will try to be more descriptive, yes you are absolutely correct, yes palms are facing each other, fingers are curled and interlocking each other, one thumb is resting on curled little finger and other thumb is resting on curled index finger
