Leader means rehnumie krny wala ship means aik gja sy dosri guga tuk lana. Apni munzil pr phnchana. Sao bheerain aik shair ky neechy shair bun gien gy. 1 - Authoritative, common here, eg does so in school. Boss is always right. Decisions are made and imposed by administrators. Focus on control and discipline. A child do not want to go to school, who takes decision father. Second is democratic style, everyone is respected. Eg example of child when he is an adult, takes help from son, cooperation, responsibility . Authoritative style when a child, but at graduation there is responsiblity. No responsibility in govt level. Laise faire, let people do what they want what they wish,. Eg, at m Phil level parents leave their sons. Parents think them responsible. Eg education secretory to headmaster.
