I'm gonna guess the ultra is a tag GT SSJ4 Goku/Vegeta with the fuse mechanic to go SSJ4 Gogeta. They love giving new mechanics out, then quickly releasing a better version shortly after.

Im using a buu saga team in PvP that consists of Ulthan in leader slot, followed by Green Evil Buu and Z7 Kid Buu. The bench is Z7 Buutenks, Pui Pui, and Blue Tien. I honestly think its one of the best teams in the game, honestly try it out!
