My caval is made of hazelnut wood ... but because the wood is still green, the caval has curved. Is it a problem if it's curved?

hello , yes, the wood used for a flute should be well cured and dry. The flute's inner bore will shrink and change shape and thus the sound will change and the pitch will rise. But when really green wood is used the flute will be pretty worthless in a while overall.
