@@DimyYT I think you may have not been able to access it, im not 100% sure, but I saw it on a certain verison of minecraft, its this black tall one which breaks up into smoke

I'm pretty sure the health bar is Neat.
I'm not sure about the gun but it might be Vic's Point Blank. It's just a guess.
Sorry for not listing them in the description! For the health bars I used the Neat mod and for the guns I used the Gunscraft mod, I hope this helps!😎
