Go to play store and install an app named "Addons" you can download the mod there, inside the app it will show u a search bar in the search bar, put "Baldi's Basic Addon" and u will install the mod.
For the map it's on planet Minecraft search "Baldi's Schoolhouse Minecraft Bedrock"
