Problem: Goku can NOT use the Spirt Bomb while in any SSJ form because his power in magnified making the cration of the bomb highly dangerous to make with multiplyed ki. However, Goku is able to make one in his SSG form because his ki is replaced with God ki, its just a different form of ki Other than that good animation!
This really isn't the case with the Super Saiyan forms. The real reason is because Super Saiyan forms are fueled by rage, thus making the gathering of energy for a spirit bomb very difficult because the spirit bomb requires a pure heart, and yes, Goku does have a pure heart, but when he transforms, that heart is filled with rage. Now with Super Saiyan god, this should be possible because it isn't fueled by rage; rather, it's a ritual of 5 Saiyan's channeling energy into another, but Super Saiyan blue is fueled by rage because it's a super Saiyan form of a super Saiyan god, thus pretty much making it just like the other super Saiyan in terms of activating it.
