I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

I have horrible ringing of the ears only it isn't a ring for me, it is this horrible super high pitched whistle!! Almost like a tea kettle going off. The sound of rain helps me to not here this terrible noise so I can SLEEP! Thank you for the rain.

This is so relaxing and I rest so much better now that I found this one. I have tried many other sleep sounds but most of the one's with rain, the rain sounds like bacon or other meat frying it's so loud and I can't get relaxed. This one is so much better to listen too when trying to sleep.
