At about 10:27 Yan comments that the road is beautiful but dangerous. She was right! For the next minute I kept saying OMG!, OMG! It looked so terrifying! But aside from that your videos are so interesting and beautiful. Thanks for sharing your journey with us. As a retired aerospace engineer, I have traveled a lot too. But your journeys are much more interesting, and challenging. Your interactions with the local people are awesome. It makes me feel that I'm also there too.
An interesting live Geography lesson with the human geographer, Yan! I enjoyed the video very much with its stunning views, local people and culture. Thanks for the video.
I think that she is a very sturdy but lovely lady, able to walk challenging trails with just tennis shoes instead of hiking boots. Able to tolerate high altitudes and high temperatures and navigating alone areas that are brand new to her. I'm totally impressed.
German tourists know and love these places. However, they rarely say why. It's all about their ancestors. In the Caucasus, the Nazi 1st Mountain Infantry Division "Edelweiss" fought with the Red Army. Here is such a fact.
Hi Love all your videos and travels, im from Iran originally and couldn't ask for a better travel video of iran, just kind reminder your flag is wrong on min 9:57, thats the turkish flag, I can/will delete my comment once you see it. please let me know and i will delete it. Oh, good catch! I didn’t notice until I read your comment! Sometimes, Yan types too fast and when you type too fast, you misspell some words and post it quickly without realizing your mistakes.
Your videos show the best side of humanity.

"We have a German that is super well equipped." lol shocking
what's the purpose of having a tower?
But since even you can't go up to the tower, how can it serve as a defense for families to hide in?

4:04 you mistakenly put the Turkish flag, this is the right one 🇬🇪 😊
