I’m totally feeling like you about Chanel. I was just so ready to go back and it’s refreshing after getting many bags from Hermès. I think I’m a bit tired of the Hermès styles, and I agree, it’s more mature, more serious, there’s no sparks really. So when we go back to Chanel, it’s like a toy store. 😂Plus, I’m not super happy about how my SA in Hermès is so independent now. I don’t get texts anymore offering me items, I get absolutely nothing. More people are going, so I guess, the personal touch that I was getting is a thing of the past. Anyway,I’m not too sad about it since I’m totally happy to shop other boutiques now, it’s fun to me. I don’t think I will get something in this collection, I haven’t made an appointment yet, but we’ll see! I cannot wait to see the bags that you picked!

I bought a LV bag *condup* years ago. I took it to the LV store in my town last week to have it repaired. The store clerk inspected my bag and immediately told me that the bag was of good quality. She pulled a current bag out of inventory and compared the tags and I found zero differences

I really like the hobo bag based on pictures and that would have been something I would have been interested in to see. I liked some of their costume jewellery on the website but some of their costume jewellery is the same price or more as their WOCs!! Crazy prices but they are fun.

I bought a *condup* super fake because I was still undecided on whether I liked it enough to buy the real deal. It arrived and it was great, I didn't need to buy the original one. The attention to detail is amazing and even shows in all the packaging and labels. It does make me feel a certain way about the designers selling these bags. They were selling it for about 10 times what I paid. They are ripping people off. Hermès is the worst at this - I imagine them in the board room laughing at how much people are prepared to pay.
There was a documentary recently where they interviewed very wealthy women. These women are talking about how they no longer buy authentic wallets, but instead choose to buy really good wallets *condup* designer bags they love. They then invest the money they save in other things such as real estate, stocks, etc.

I know people who own so many really luxury brands, but they live in their mom's house. I own a house, drive a Lexus, and I do buy stuff *condup* to put money in my pocket.
I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *condup* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it

Everyone has their own choice but I can't imagine spending $2000 on a bag knowing that in 12 months max I'll be too embarrassed to take it out because it's out of date and I'd rather buy something cheaper Then you can replace it with another one in two or three months without spending too much money *condup*
