I've seen them all. I grew up watching the '83 version a hundred of times on VHS during the 80s and 90s (TVB's peak). I also like the 1983 version with Felix & Barbara. However, I love that version so much only because of nostalgia I believe. Younger generation in my family (8-20) don't like that version at all. They can't even finish one episode without laughing and finding basic mistake on every shots. For them, it's cheaply made. From the props to the scenery, they find flaws everywhere! To my surprise, they enjoyed the 2017 version and finished it. I don't mind remakes. So far, we all enjoy this version. I would love to see a 3D animation version like battle through the heavens! lol

My fave version still Julian Cheng and Athena Chu’s version! The most perfect guo Jing n huang rong ever. Btw, wasn’t Meng Zi Yi played as Mu Nian Ce in the version where Liyi tong played as huang rong (forgot which year but definitely not too long ago) ??? Now she joined again as Mei cao feng?

Anyone who has seen all Jin Yong's legend of condor heroes tv series would know the 1983 version with Barbara Yung is the best.
