They will compensate him accordingly whether through repairs or check and then they (insurance) will file a police report going after the other vehicle. If they can get the license plate, the stolen cars insurance will pay for all damages until the suspect that stole the car can be indentified and held responsible for all costs. It would be wise of the Infiniti owner to file a police report, as well; as long as they were not trespassing. This would help insurance see you are not committing any type of fraud.
