In the heart of Tel Aviv and near the sea, elite residential project "Arlozorov 17" being built. The tower is divided into two volumes separated by a transparent atrium at the center. The tower consists of 29 residential storey which overlooking the sea. The project consists of public areas, an Olympic-length pool, gym and green territories surrounding it including 6 hectares park.

בלב תל אביב ועם קרבה לים, מוקם פרויקט מגורי העילית "ארלוזרוב 17". המגדל מחולק לשני גושים עם אטריום שקוף במרכזו ולכל גובהו. במגדל 29 קומות מגורים הצופות לים.בפרויקט מרחבים ציבוריים, בריכה פתוחה באורך אולימפי, חדר כושר ושטחים ירוקים העוטפים אותו וכוללים פארק שישתרע על שטח של כ-6 דונם.
