Hi Saket, I was looking to understand the chart and came across your video. Going through the video and jotting it down on paper made me realize - IT IS NOT AS TOUGH AS ANYBODY THINKS! Things just fall into place when you start writing it down. Regarding the video: 1. Your teaching and expressions are quite intense and to be honest (after a chuckle or two) they make learning quite easy. 2. You must look into teaching on Udemy. You should realize that you are quite known for your Integrated Change Control video. Thank you for all your videos.
Thank you for checking our videos on PMP, we do run Live Virtual Session for PMP and you may want to check the details here: www.izenbridge.com/pmp/online-course/
Can you explain to me What areas of the PMBoK are affected by the Project Management Life Cycle the most and how do we ensure alignment between the lifecycle of the project and the implementation of PMBoK in projects?”
You select a project life cycle as soon as the project is started. It could be predictive or Agile dependent on the project context. In the case of Agile, planning, execution and monitoring are executed for a small duration called iteration. And in case of predictive, after project initiation - planning and execution go sequentially before closing the project. And monitoring is continued throughout. For more information on life cycles, please watch the following video - ua-cam.com/video/6I_5Cmbs3cI/v-deo.html

No, only a few direct questions come on the direct ITTO part as PMI focus on conceptual understanding. You need to give emphasis on the understanding of the relationship between Input, Output, and Tools & Techniques. If you want to overcome the fear of this ITTO, you need to focus more on understanding why a particular ITTO is used in a PMBOK® Guide process. It will not only support you to attempt pure ITTO based questions but also give you a better understanding of concepts to crack scenario-based questions in the PMP® exam. iZenBridge Consultancy Pvt Ltd My question is can i make scope in the first row and integration in the second row? Can i jumble the sequences for my better understanding and memory?
@@salmanameen5959 Integration never stops for a project manager. For example when a new item has to be added you see how it will impact cost, quality, schedule? It may introduce new risks also. So, you do integration by updating the project management plan. At the same time, you may work on the scope for different processes. So in summary, project management processes are not sequential. So you can jumble, but Yes, develop project charter is always a first process.

Hi teacher,
Could you please share the content of 6.4, 11.1 to 11.5 ? The words are too small, so I cannot see them clearly. Thanks so much.
This is part of PMBOK Guide 6th Edition, you can find all the points and details in same.
Hi Sir,why its starting from number 4 it should start with 1 and go to 10 as we have 10 knowledge areas.Pls advise.Thx
In PMBOK, knowledge areas starts from chapter 4, that's why it is starting from 4 just for easy PMBOK navigating for the reader.
Excellent Explaination👍🏻
