Welcome to S'mores + Snores, a brand-new luxury farmhouse cabin situated in a perfect location. This cabin has a large wrap-around deck and outdoor hot tub!
Inside you are able to cozy up next to the gas fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the large HDTV.
Prepare meals in this gorgeous custom kitchen outfitted with everything you could need.
The bathroom is built like a 5 star spa, with a large soaker tub and walk in shower.

@Jill Tesell I'm guessing the building is 25' wide by 40' long which is 1,000 sq.ft. or it could be 25'x45' = 1,125 sq.ft. but it's somewhere around that.

I wish the windows were much larger but otherwise just about the perfect place!
Love this house, its one of the top 5 ever! One thing did stick out to me, the shelving in the kitchen has black brackets while the light fixture above it is gold, I figured that was because of the light bar being done in gold, just thought black would carry your eye to the top of shelves. An easy fix. 👍✨

The bedroom/bathroom is behind the kitchen. Basically, the kitchen/living area takes up 2/3rds of the area, with the bathroom/bedroom behind the kitchen taking up the other 1/3rd. I figure the space is something like 25'w x 45'l = 1,125 sq.feet.
@@AshkenaziChristian I appreciate it but I meant a real scale drawing. I am a designer and I'm used to reading plans...great house. Lots of features in a small footprint.
My favorite 1 Bedroom ever. I gave this cabin a 100% vote, until I noticed there doesn't seem to be any closets!!! Is there any storage in this space? Otherwise, it's a dream.

i àm very interested in this tiny home.. ive just sold the lake house and the MH on my farm and have been looking at so many homes, new MH, tiny homes , barndominiums forthe past 8 Months and nothing has caught my eye that i felt comfortable with for myself until i saw this tiny and i love everything about it. how much does this one cost? also can i choose what i want i side and can do without? i would love to have as much info on this little gem asap, both my houses are closing as we speak and i dont have much time to decide what to do as far as buying a house and moving close to to the beach or staying on my farm with this tiny home id feel very comfy in. can you please help me out with the stats on this little beauty. thank you so much. this tiny really excites me. good job youve done or someone has. where can i pirchase one just like this one?

No closets, but money spent on granite counter tops, IDK. Even if this was to be used as a rental it is impractical. No real entrance, place to take off muddy gear or wet coats. No place to store linens. Good design should taken account the practical needs of that space.
Judging from cabin size and layout of the back 1/3 of the FP, off the BR there could be a closet in the bathroom (out of view) to the left side of shower that may be tucked-in behind the washer/dryer. But who knows, this character just grabs photos from wherever and uses a pan/zoom slide show; not quite as bad as the Ai stuff but they have no idea about anything relevant to any helpful information. If you did a lot of Google search (photo?) you may find the rental listing for it.
Wasted space in the bathroom and tall ceiling could have a loft. And i didnt see a closet or pantry
