This isn't the first time that trustees have pulled this scam, citing costs is one thing but doing it in secret alarmed many to the point of filing legal action. Some trustees view they're charges like a ATM and aren't above using its coffers for their own lifestyles, indeed years ago the board of Hershey's tried to sell the company and ignore the the terms of its endowment for education to line their own pockets in the deal. The board lost and was ousted wholesale, it seems Ireland needs to look into this board of trustees dealings and how they are living as well as the books they keep.
