when you mentioned the dry brushing in the morning, I just imagined how amazing it would be to see a video of your morning routine, super asthetic and all
3:18 So amazing you are able to compost in NYC! Great you are not making living in a big city an excuse as it is definitely one of the best things we can do in terms of organic waste!
Yesssss this is amazing; I love the sustainability message!! I’m definitely going to try eating more stems in the future :)). I’ve also heard that you can make veggie stock with scraps and leaves, so I might try that out too~~
How have I been lied to my whole life!!! Strawberry leaves.... edible, I'm never going to chop them off again! And more sustainable stuff please I loveee it. :)
I love how you are brushing the mushrooms and the nourish bowl looks beautiful. You are so cute and fun and I really enjoy watching your videos!! :) Also really cool that they have black bean tempeh because I am soy free. Thank you Remy for the awesome content!!
always love to see your haul, especially these fresh produce and thank you for becoming my inspiration to reduce more waste and be more mindful about the environment :)
I love how much you care about sustainability! I just moved and need to see where I can take compost because it hurts my heart throwing food scraps in the trash!!
I got my hands on some of that tempeh at a San Francisco farmer’s market and, not even exaggerating, it was far more delicious than the tempeh sold in store 🌱 🖤
Ahhh I love how relaxing and aesthetic all your videos are! Do you have any veggie/fruit storage tips to make things last longer and stay fresher? I figure you’ve picked up a thing or two since you always have a fridge chock full of fresh foods! Recently got the plastic veggie storage containers for my fridge and testing them out now 🥰
8:14 I eat my strawberries with stems too ;P But I must admit, it was something I had to persuade myself to do for the sake of food waste as at the beginning, I was not very keen on this idea :D And how about you? Were there any habits you had to kind of "force" on yourself when trying to be more sustainable? . Anyways, lots and lots of love! Stay safe and sound Remy!
5:27 Making tempeh is easy BUT it takes quite a lot of time ;P Plus, I would say it might sometimes be difficult to make it as firm as the store-bought ones - especially when trying to make it plastic-free :D
Your oil sprayer you got from public goods should look into getting a reusable oil sprayer and just putting your oils in it instead. I'm obsessed with mine, plus less waste and no aerosols.

Great tip!!!! Thanks for sharing I'll have to try
I don't know what it is, but you looked extra adorable eating the strawberry with leaves lol
Awww omg thank youuuu
Remi those ice cube trays are so freaking cute, where did you get them?
They're part of the Peak line from W&P, and I can also attest to the fact they're wonderful :)

I have a fridge org video up that goes into that a little from the summer but everything I have gets used quite quickly since I’m constantly cooking 😌
Does anyone have tips on tempeh? I have had not so great experience with
I loved the tip about strawberry leaves at the end!! I eat the leaves too 😂
So good! It's honestly time saving lol
I have a nonstick skillet from Great Jones, and I love it! Didn’t want to get the Always Pan because it just seemed gimmicky based on reviews I read.
It is def low quality but highly marketed sigh!
I keep the stems on my strawberries for smoothies ♡
YES! :) Love it
Love you Remy💘

2.26 *so many kinds of mushrooms* I am jealous! I have never seen most of these, not even mentioning them being plastic free ;P

People give me the weirdest looks when I eat strawberry tops! For reals though, practically flavorless.
It’s not weird at all! It’s weird how worked up people get about it 🤣
