There is nothing mundane about what Sam the farrier does. He's a skilled craftsman and his work is important. I found it tremendously satisfying to watch him work with the horses. Its a trusted job.
There is nothing mundane about being a fairer!! The level of anatomical AND technical knowledge required, the skill set, the knowledge of psychology of horses... the amount of intricate work that goes into making a right shoe for each horse... Sam is an artist!!
Sam's absolutely great. He was my farrier when I had my girl. She was so foot shy before I had sam but fell asleep the first session with him. Absolutely top guy
No disrespect to the other two guests, but Sam the farrier's job is way more technical and interesting. There's A LOT that can go wrong or be done wrong in the craft of farriers, It helps that he's a stallion himself of course. But no comparison to pressure washing or opening packs of plastic toys.
Recently discovered Sam's channel. Yea he's hot but he seems like a really decent and humble person. And is amazingly skilled at his work. Good on him ❤🐴
I wrote to him to Sam telling him that I had specific problems with one of my Dartmoor horses and I told him I wished that he was here in Tehachapi California and be able to repair the damage. It has been done on my horse and he acknowledged me anyway, and put his thumbs up, he is wonderful man ! And that smile oh boy, that smile !
Sam the farrier is a true joy. He's easy on the eyes, he is very kind and patient with the horses and now with his younger apprentice buddy, he's like batman and robin. His videos are very nice to watch. Thanks for having him on. I am swooning.
I've been watching Sam on UA-cam for a bit. I love his rapport with the horses. When you own horses, the farrier is such an important part of your team in keeping your horses happy and healthy. When you find a really good one, you never want to let them go. I've had the same farrier for almost 20 years now. I will literally cry if he ever tells me he is retiring.
I love Sam, he is sweet , charming….and I’m fascinated watching him with the horses……most of them just love him to pieces……😊good for him………Im old enough to be his granny, but I think I might need my feet shod……..Donna in Toronto
LOL, I'm not spending much time watching YT videos in the first place, but even I got hooked watching Sam's videos. His job is so unique and (to me) rare, it's super interesting to see someone do this.
Farrier /blacksmith is a dying trade sadly ...it's not boring or mundane and is a skilled profession ...i'm so glad Sam has brought attention back to the trade...it really does need youngsters to get back in the trade...he has a young apprentice Tom who is doing very well too!!
Sam has lots of follower in the United States also. Many of the followers are ladies. Yes, he's hot but it's not just that as the reason most stay. He's a good, nice man who really cares about the horses, enjoys his work and does it well. It isn't true that women like bad boys. No. No. We like men who work and act like Sam. God bless him.
I have to confess that the first video I had to watch it twice and I felt so guilty I initially forgot about the horses. 🤭 It’s not just that he is so hot, it’s also how sweet and skillful he is with the horses. His smile is precious and his accent is so manly and caring. I think any man that treats animals well looks more attractive, especially dogs and horses. Sam is my favorite farrier. God bless you! ❤️💞🩷
USA here. I watch the Hoof Guy. It help's that he's super good looking, but it's actually interesting. He's got a great sense of humor also and he's good looking lol. It's easy to watch any video that's entertaining.
USA watcher also 🙋🏼♀️ Sam’s good looks drew me in but the horses are so beautiful too! And yes, it’s very interesting work involving a high degree of craftsmanship and knowledge. I love watching. ❤
💕 love me some Sam! Love watching him do his craft! He’s so good at it & Ive noticed that some of the horses like him as well! Kudos to Sam! You make my day!!Joyce a devoted fan!!!!
Sam's expression of welcoming the host along at the end was so humble with a hint of funny flirtation. Both could be straight for all I know but dang Sam is dangerous🥰 I JUST watched him for the first time this past week for a couple shorts I believe (hense this my feed). My brother had horses when I was a young city boy and I would spend the weekends begging mom to get out there. I road horse (also a calm, kind bull), cleaned chicken horse and cow barns, helped with the hay bailing attics-especially for the long New England winter. All city kids should have the chance to do this if even with local rural homesteads and farms. It was a magical juxtaposition with life long effects
They’re not being compared. They’re just showing what can be done and earned by filming yourself and posting on UA-cam. A wide variety of people and jobs. 😊
Similar to others who have commented, I recently discovered Sam's channel and enjoy watching him and Tom practice their craft. It is also amazing to watch how good Sam's rapport is with the horses. I can't deny, though, I was first drawn to the channel by Sam's good looks and was amused by Alison's bit of fluster at the beginning of the segment when introducing Sam. 😜
Sam, you don't belong on this bench with these people. I read your thoughts at the end. It's a shame that people throw away their careers for air and some money that is no longer worked for. And adds no real value to society. It's a shame.
Sam is a farrier for horses.....and this is a very specialized field and you can become very wealthy doing this if you are as skilled as this man. He is popular for a reason. You can tell he is a horse lover, donkey lover, pony lover. And it is mesmerizing to watch him do this. Nothing mundane about it. His horse clientele love him. Or are in love with him would be a better description. Happy hooves are appreciated by horses.
I can not get over the more than 6 figures these folks make, ESPECIALLY Rhia the “Toy opener” WOW! What fun! Sam is great, I the power wash guy results & fun attitude of them all. Great jobs, folks! Make life fun and earn 💰 💵 💴 💰
When talking to Samuel, the guy host said his wife and I was like what? 😂 ... He seemed like he was enjoying Samuel's videos more than others LoL ... Who's the host name?
Apart from the obvs reason for watching this guy, he really is so skilled, those horses really trust him, love watching the relationships between them❤️
Beyond the obvious reason I watch (Sam's hot body) I love the way he interacts with the horses. He's so patient with the troublesome "kids". Tommy, his sidekick, is adorable and mouthy AF. Maybe a swat on his boot could make him show more respect! 😂 He obviously loves the horses and it shows!
I love Sam. I can't stop watching his videos. It's such a great skill. Doesn't hurt that he's drop dead gorgeous but I love animals * his skill more. He's waaayyyyyy to young for me !!
Well that was 770,000 for Sam 5 months ago but as of Sunday it was 770,001 after seeing him on Love your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh he was so great with the horse so I started searching on UA-cam and to be honest now Im hooked. He is a real pro and has a fantastic rapport withthe horses. Try watching him SW Farriers and youll soon be hooked too. The horses so trust Sam. Its great content amd he fulky dezerves any success online.and yes get Joel out for the day Sam !
so sam the ferrier wins on teh comments. i watched his videos for a few months on youtube...and hes interesting. i actually am also jelous as i knew he would be getting a dozens of women...but hes a sound looking bloke. he deserves it. there might be 1 comment about the other guests as the ferrier is a very interesting job you never see anywhere.
How could they call being a Farrier a mundane task ? It’s super skilled . He knows more about their hooves than a Vet !
So true!!!!
And dangerous too!!
Sam's absolutely great. He was my farrier when I had my girl. She was so foot shy before I had sam but fell asleep the first session with him. Absolutely top guy
That is a great comment ❤
No disrespect to the other two guests, but Sam the farrier's job is way more technical and interesting. There's A LOT that can go wrong or be done wrong in the craft of farriers, It helps that he's a stallion himself of course. But no comparison to pressure washing or opening packs of plastic toys.
I agree, he did a four year apprentice too. He’s such a lovely lad.
All are great jobs.....than just doing negative things
I think he has a doctorate on hooves. Love when he pulls out the xrays. ❤
....and he's GEORGIUS ❤❤❤
I found Sam on utube, he is such a good farrier, the horses love him! He is a humble hard working man. 😊
He's easy on the eye too. Hope he stays humble, that's part of his charm
Easy to look at with a great smile
Oh my gosh, I read your comment as “humble working hard man” 😆
Sam is very good with the horses/ponies. He is wonderful with corrective shoeing.. Not all farriers have his skill level..
A farrier IS NOT a mundane job!!!
Strongly agree!!! 💯
Sam is total Eye candy 🔥🔥😃😃
As a horsewoman in Western Australia, I have just found Sam's videos. As I barefoot trim my own horses, Sam's knowledge has been invaluable. 🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎
Recently discovered Sam's channel. Yea he's hot but he seems like a really decent and humble person. And is amazingly skilled at his work. Good on him ❤🐴

his interactions with the horses are lovely... what's not to like esp if you have any interest in.... horses at all!
Sam the farrier is a true joy. He's easy on the eyes, he is very kind and patient with the horses and now with his younger apprentice buddy, he's like batman and robin. His videos are very nice to watch. Thanks for having him on. I am swooning.
I was just here for the farrier!
There's nothing mundane about shoeing a horse. You only have to see a horse that's been badly-shod to understand how difficult and technical it is.
I love the Farrier. He is a horse whisperer. He is a prefessional and he lives his job. ❤
Sam is really lovely to watch! So inspiring, just an ordinary guy teaching his apprentice, doing his job!
Just started watching the terrier. The horses trust and adore him. He takes the time to get to know them. Very likeable personality
Let's be honest, if Sam made a calendar with the horses and shirtless, it would sell out in 30 seconds!!
They are not interested in the hooves trust me 😂
Yea nothing to do with the shoeing lol
Oh, there was a horse, must have missed the horse 😮
My farriers NEVER looked like that!! 😅
Amen.
He’s a very handsome man indeed but I do love his personality as well. He’s not arrogant at all. He’s so great with the horses too. Cool guy!!
genuinely intrigued by sam’s job. it’s so therapeutic to watch
Absolutely Agree.
This is what we need to see online, useful videos full of education and creativity.😊😊😊
I’ve been following the farrier for a year or so and never get bored 😍
I love Sam, he is sweet , charming….and I’m fascinated watching him with the horses……most of them just love him to pieces……😊good for him………Im old enough to be his granny, but I think I might need my feet shod……..Donna in Toronto
🤣
Lol! Me too
Aaah... Don't we all?
@@donnanancekivell9430 lol Donna me to
Sam is very handsome, and he seems like he's a good person.
My fave of Sam’s is with Hessel…giving lots of nibbles and ear whispers!
Mine was TYSON. Such a calm, beautiful horse ❤
LOL, I'm not spending much time watching YT videos in the first place, but even I got hooked watching Sam's videos. His job is so unique and (to me) rare, it's super interesting to see someone do this.

Sam should have been interviewed solo! An amazing craft ....
love the farrier - enjoying looking at him VERY MUCH! thank you
0:57 That “yeah” was hilarious.
For those who wanted to know, his name is Samuel wolfenden and he's a farrier for a living.
and he is British because I can tell from his accents

I Adore SAM and watch him regulary ... have learned heaps about Hourse CARE ❤😂🎉😊
He seems to have a special relationship with the horses
SAM HAS TOO MANY ATTRIBUTES TO COUNT! A TOTAL GEM AND NEVER TIRE OF WATCHING HIM😊

I would not call Sam the farriers job mandane his job is skilled and takes years to learn I just do t think he’s being given the correct credit
My boyfriend texted: What are you doing?
I texted back: Shhhhh, I’m watching a hot guy from the UK shoe some horses.
😂😂😂
Wow he’s nice! I’ve never heard of this!! Definitely watching now!! 😍

Sam is lovely. His horses are terrific with him.❤ he’s easy on the eye too.
A world class farrier shouldn't be compared to a guy who pressure washes sidewalks and a woman who opens boxes.
They’re not being compared. They’re just showing what can be done and earned by filming yourself and posting on UA-cam. A wide variety of people and jobs. 😊

Okay, but I've learnt so much about horse hooves from Sam. Being a farrier isn't considered mundane where I'm from!
"DO YOU HAVE TOO TRAIN FOR IT" 😅 SOME PEOPLE HAVEN'T A CLUE.
They must have never been close to a horse 😊
Love Sam and his loving horses 🇦🇺💕
Yeah I subscribe to SWFarriers and whilst I love seeing the farriery believe me I love watching Sam more 😂
When talking to Samuel, the guy host said his wife and I was like what? 😂 ... He seemed like he was enjoying Samuel's videos more than others LoL ... Who's the host name?
Joel dommet
I was in disbelief
Sam jesteś nieziemsko przystojny, utalentowany i sympatyczny.Kowal jak to pięknie brzmi.
A hooving?? You better get in line and pack a lunch cause that line is long sugar! Hahahaha
😊 Sam is the David Beckom of the ferrior trade 😊😊
A master craftsman is always a pleasure to watch!
It's because Sam's good looking, that doesn't hurt his channel one bit. :))
I LOVE SAM! I'm so glad he is getting recognized the way he deserves!!
All farriers are lovely 🥰
Apart from the obvs reason for watching this guy, he really is so skilled, those horses really trust him, love watching the relationships between them❤️
Sam is brilliant love him and Tom on their channel
For the life of me I don’t understand why I love watching Sam.🔥
Handsome Samuel with a beautiful soul ❤
My farrier was handsome but this one is absolutely beautiful with a way that isn't offensive one little bit.. lovely. 🎉
I’m there for the hooves too!! 😂❤
Who’s here for Sam?
The smile on that farrier 😍😍😍
I get the feeling we are going to be seeing more of Sam on TV in the future.
Two of them does it better with the efforts of the physicality of their jobs.
Exactly, the woman is the most clever, really❣️💯😉😏
Whattttt! my favorite farrier on TV 😮😅
Look at Hoof GP too.... Love Sam....
Love Graeme (& Craig, & Kevin)! And of course Sam!
Alison is great - made for presenting / interviewing lol 😊
Beyond the obvious reason I watch (Sam's hot body) I love the way he interacts with the horses. He's so patient with the troublesome "kids". Tommy, his sidekick, is adorable and mouthy AF. Maybe a swat on his boot could make him show more respect! 😂 He obviously loves the horses and it shows!

Sam! Nothing more need be said.
I watch a channel with a dude who cleans yards of abandoned homes.
I wonder why all the comments are about Sam lol. I just found his channel a few days ago . Lovely northern lad .
The way the hosts were looking at him.. it was giving 💦

Mundane task? Ferrier work is hardly mundane 😂😂😂
Love the farier guy, addictive viewing!🙏🏻
I love Samual ive watched him for yonks, i love it when he’s battling with the mini satans aka the shorty shetlands
Absolutely…Sam is a world class trained for years. The other two are okay but I’d not spend any of my time watching them. Sam, is unique ❤❤❤
I don’t watch for the hooves.😂
Sam the Farrier is my cup of tea. Hard worker and just really pretty to watch!
Not true I love horses and find the anatomy of the hoof very interesting, dude not bad👍🤗
I ❤ Sam and Tom 😊
Come on who's in there for the hoofing ? No one , dear...including me
so sam the ferrier wins on teh comments. i watched his videos for a few months on youtube...and hes interesting. i actually am also jelous as i knew he would be getting a dozens of women...but hes a sound looking bloke. he deserves it. there might be 1 comment about the other guests as the ferrier is a very interesting job you never see anywhere.
SAM IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE!
I despise the videos of restocking….the fake nails, the fake ‘restocking’ - like everyone need 20 bars of Dove soap Such a waste of time 😂😂😂😂
