Extremely late comment but, I just wanted people reading this to know the the elite fairy Lumitern in Cloudy Farms also drops the Ocean Soul Fragment; would never have known this if I hadn't gone to farm Simple Spirit Fragments and gotten the thing first try.
i got this today and i got the ghost skin for it and didnt have much time to use it. but flying around tonight i noticed its flying sound.. idk if its a glitch or what but its annoying as hell and i dont remember doing it b4 w.e i fly it makes a sound like someone is looting a bag over and over every 3 secs.. is that normal?

6:15 I was able to kill this guy on foot pretty easily. Not even his hammer smashes on the ground were that intimidating. The joys of rushing ahead the main story only to get stuck and go back at level 38, I tell you.
He flies pretty low so you might have been too high to see it, or someone tamed/killed it before you got there and you just needed to change channels or wait for it to respawn
IM SO PISSED I JUST TRIED TO TAME THE GILDED BENTHIC FARMED FOR AN HOUR TO GET THE STUFF THEN I MAKE IT ONLY GOT ONE THEN I GO TO TAME IT AND DONT GET ANY SUSSES!!!!!!!!
All I know is that you get them from completing collections and breaking down skins. There is a merchant you can exchange them at in Hakain's Crossing for different skins. Hope that helps
Windrunner requires Albino Astails, which require their own marks, so I will make that video first, so I don't have to recover it in the Windrunner video
You can also get the Ocean Soul Fragments from that fairy queen up in The Cloudy Farms and it’s muchhh easier :)
