I also think that with Jack, the moon guy was really horrible! He made it so Jack couldn’t move on into the afterlife, and imprisoned him as a spirit on earth, then wiped his memory of his family, and he didn’t even speak to him when he gave him his powers! Not to mention he kept him alone for 300 years, without even telling Jack why he was a spirit in the first place until he found out on his own🥺🥺

There's a lot more to Jack Frost's backstory. RotG is adapted from a children's book series, The Guardians of Childhood. Even before Jack was human, he had been something else, he had been turned into a human by the Man in Moon after having been his protector for a very long time, known as Nightlight. It goes very deep, I really recommend checking it out and the series. Even sadder still, is Pitch's backstory - how he became Pitch Black in the first place 🥲
