Sadly - Not one thing helped to fix it for me, also my problem started with Firefox but is persitent in Chrome. Also that Wondershare software does do anything for me if the videofile is on a website ....?!?!
i tried all those steps and no joy same issue even tried a diff connection still no joy, strangest thing is I get the error code on some sites but not others with the added annoyance the sites that have the videos I want to watch the video does not work.
yo what finally worked for me for anyone interested was changing the server on the actual website i was watching the film on. check if you see an option to change server somewhere on the interface of the actual platform you're using.
