  • The day has come to inoculate the mystery red grapes - found later to be Sangiovese, which makes Italian style Chianti - with my yeast strain. I take you through the process of final preparations, taking a juice sample, measuring Brix, SG (specific gravity) and pH, preparing the yeast nutrient and rehydrating the wine yeast. Finally, addition of the yeast culture to the must and discussion of the "YEAST FIGHT CLUB" end the segment.
    The channel discusses how to make chateau style wines from grapes, including details on fermentation, general wines, wine making, wine making from grapes, brewing, wine making techniques and much more.

    Why do you need GoFerm? Is reconstituting yeast in water not enough?
