I can identify with how he explains anxiety, it’s not always clear to ourselves at anxious times, but talking to others & getting the help whether it be professional, self or family & friends, is key to understanding & eventual success in dealing with it, he’s just an open book about his life& career struggles & l applaud him , he does help me &others by being first & foremost a kind & humble man , love that about him .. the voice is otherworldly & his showmanship makes him the complete package, he deserves every bit of his success

Adam reminds me of the late great George Michael. Very intelligent and introspective. It's tough trying to find your way with who you are together with being watched because you're a celebrity.

Yes people can do things themselves but I think Adam is not giving himself enough credit for helping others. When I was about 15 in the late1980s/1990s there weren't too many out Lgbti people. I had been suicidal. I came out after reading Oscar Wildes Ballad of Reading gaol and De Profundis. The man has been dead for over 100 years. Adam GIVE YOURSELF MORE CREDIT.

Representation is so important, especially to young people trying to figure out who they are and who they want to be. Our LGBTQ+ idols should definitely give themselves credit for being brave and giving the rest of us hope and courage.

I would agree with you about giving himself more credit BUT isn't one of the things we love about him is how humble he is? He would be very different if he weren't that. It's wonderful to have someone so talented, verbal, and diplomatic state his own opinions, not those of a publicist or otherwise. Adam doesn't ever read from someone else's script. He is his own man and should be applauded everywhere he goes for that.

Most of the people with his chosen lifestyle have suffered some kind of trauma. They think running away from reality is how they will heal their wounds. It's not.
