@@avivalentine5035 attacking work rate is debatable I agree, but the guy doesn't trackback at all or help with the defense, and no one can blame its a part of his game, so thus defensive work rate is some what justified

Even during prime Barca days I'd say Valdes was their weakest link. He was great on the ball and had some great reflexes, but he was also a source of panic in the back. Ter Stegen is much more calm, just as good on the ball and is even better on the line.
