@@feezi66 If you are applying for a student visa then you would not need to have Skill Assessment conducted (however if you plan to migrate after the completion of your studies than you would need one done before applying for a Skilled Visa). For the Skilled Visa you need to have Skill Assessment. The assessing authority depends on your occupation.
