I'm in the same boat, devs mentioned adding a ship upgrade system since most KR players have all the ships, and thousands of ship materials. You fuse dupes to unlock new ship skills. We'll be able to see the skills when it's implemented on KR later this month. Likely around the Code Geass collab.

For Ship Collectors: New Ohio (To Unlocked New Detroit) Recommended
For New PVP players: Kami Izumi
Lena Mackenzie needs a Buff to become more relevant Operator; maybe a increased on Buff or increased on Duration might help or Add some new buff like (Increase Fury Gauge Up)
